⚠️ Return Window (Important)

Saudi Arabia Orders: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.
International Orders: Returns accepted within 20 days of delivery.

Return requests made after these periods will not be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team within the eligible return period
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return approval and instructions
  • Ship the item back to the provided return address

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Please note that bank processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or damaged products

Size or color exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. International Returns

  • International customers must ensure all customs duties and taxes are cleared before return shipment
  • ZAHAA is not responsible for customs delays or fees during return transit
  • Returned items must clearly indicate “Returned Goods” on shipping documents to avoid customs charges
